The Gar Lester Agency was founded in late 2006 by Gar Lester and his partner Curtis Hayes. Prior to that, they were co-founders of JLA Talent, where Gar served as co-partner and head of the Theatrical and Commercial Divisions of JLA Talent, as well as former co-founder of Baron Entertainment. Prior to that, Gar spent four years at Commercials Unlimited. Because they believe in the power of relationships, they enjoy a great reputation with casting directors throughout the business.
